1. Operator and contact

todayis.lol is operated by Josiah Maraat, an individual in the Philippines. Email: support@todayis.lol. X: @siah_maraat. These Terms, the Rules, the Privacy Policy, and the checkout details you confirm form the entire agreement. If the Rules and these Terms conflict, these Terms control.

2. What the service is

A listing on a public calendar page. It is not an endorsement, a review, or a ranking of merit. A payment buys the listing at the position that amount supports when the payment is confirmed. It does not buy traffic, clicks, customers, results, exclusivity, or a fixed duration. Someone else can pay more. Display changes at 00:00 UTC as described in the Rules. We may change, pause, or discontinue features.

3. Eligibility

You must be 18 or older. If you list on behalf of a company, you must have the authority to bind it. You must not be subject to trade sanctions that prohibit your use of the service.

4. Payments

Checkout is processed by our merchant of record, Dodo Payments. We never see your full card number; Dodo Payments’ terms apply to the payment. Prices are in US dollars. Taxes may be added at checkout. Price rules are set out in the Rules and are shown before you pay. The listing is created when payment is confirmed.

5. No refunds

All payments are final. The listing is a digital service that begins when payment is confirmed. By completing checkout you ask us to start immediately and acknowledge that you lose any statutory right of withdrawal or cooling-off period, to the extent the law allows. Where a mandatory consumer right cannot be waived, we honor it.

There are two exceptions: we reject or remove your listing for a rules breach before it was ever displayed, or our error prevented the listing from being created. In both cases you get a full refund.

A claim that is outpaid before confirmation gets whatever position its amount supports; any refund in that case is a courtesy, not an obligation.

Chargebacks without a legal basis are a breach. We remove the listing and refuse future use.

6. Your warranties

You warrant that you have the right to list the destination you submit and to send visitors there. The destination is lawful. You are not impersonating anyone, and you are not claiming a day for someone else’s site or profile without authorization. The destination is not malware or a scam. The information you provide is accurate, and you will keep it that way.

7. Prohibited content and interference

The Rules set out what you may not list. Manipulating click counts, automated claims, bypassing rate limits, or scraping beyond ordinary browsing is a breach. A breach ends your listing without refund once it has been shown; section 5 governs a listing removed before it was ever displayed.

8. Our right to remove

We may refuse, delay, edit, hide, or remove any listing at any time, with or without notice, including on rights-holder or platform complaints or where a listing creates legal, security, or reputational risk. Removal does not create a refund except as described in section 5.

9. Fetched third-party material

We fetch and show public titles, descriptions, favicons, and Open Graph images of listed sites only to identify the listing. This is nominative use. It does not suggest endorsement by the rights holder unless the lister is the rights holder.

10. License you grant us

You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, cache, reproduce, adapt for display, and publicly display your listing and its fetched metadata, for as long as needed to operate, promote, and archive the service. A takedown request by email does not undo a completed payment.

11. Complaints and rights notices

Email support@todayis.lol with: your name and contact; the day page; the content at issue; the problem; and a statement that the notice is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorized to act for them. We may restrict the listing while we review, and we may share the notice with the lister.

12. No endorsement, no earnings claims

Click counts, pin counts, visitor counts, and any quoted results describe what our systems recorded or what some people reported. They are not a promise.

13. Availability and changes

Provided as-is. The Terms in effect at checkout govern that payment. Dodo Payments, DataFast, Resend, Vercel, Convex, and Cloudflare are third parties; their outages and decisions are outside our control. The footer contains an affiliate link to DataFast.

14. Disclaimers, liability, indemnity

All warranties are disclaimed to the extent the law allows. We do not limit liability the law says we cannot limit. Otherwise our total liability for a claim relating to a payment is limited to what you paid us for that listing in the three months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. You indemnify Josiah Maraat and people working on the service against claims arising from your listing, destination, chargeback, or breach.

15. Governing law

Republic of the Philippines. If you are a consumer with mandatory local protections, those still apply.

16. Sunset

If the site shuts down, all 366 pages stay online as static pages for at least 12 months.
