Refunds

All payments are final, with two exceptions: we reject or remove your listing for a rules breach before it was ever displayed, or our error prevented the listing from being created. In both cases you get a full refund.

A claim that is outpaid before confirmation gets whatever position its amount supports; any refund in that case is a courtesy, not an obligation.
